Patient Registry

We have established a WWOX patient registry which will be administered at Westmead, (The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network) as part of a study to better understand the underlying pathophysiology and phenotypes related to mutations of the WWOX gene. 
 
To ensure strict patient confidentiality, direct registration to the WWOX patient registry is not allowed via this website. As such, we will email you a secure link to a form which will request specific details in regards to your child or patient's diagnosis and current clinical status. The form will include detailed instructions along with a privacy statement.
